My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms were beautifully appointed, with a very nice luxurious bathroom, although it would be best to have small and light bags due to the steps down. The service was excellent, with super friendly and helpful staff. The location was ideal, centrally located in the city, which made it convenient for exploring. However, the dining experience didn't quite meet the expectations in terms of quality, and the room didn't have a toilet seat which was disappointing.
